Driven by a deep desire to help teams and clients succeed, Peter thrives on collaboration and problem-solving. Whether in construction, finance, aviation, or personal pursuits his goal is always to help others achieve their objectives. 

Peter is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Finance. He began his career in banking, gaining valuable experience in various roles, culminating his banking career as a Chief Financial Officer. Afterward, he transitioned to a unique and rewarding role, serving as a pilot for Mission Aviation Fellowship in Southeast Asia. In this capacity, he worked to bring critical aid and services to remote communities, further fueling his passion for service and making an impact. After returning from Southeast Asia, he turned his attention to the construction sector, aiming to build a company intensely focused on serving clients and helping them build their legacies.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. His interests include aviation, sports, and travel. Above all, he is grateful to God for the many blessings in his life and strives to live with a heart of gratitude and service.

Chris is a fourth-generation contractor and a native of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. His career has been dedicated to building the communities he is part of, carrying forward the mission his family embarked upon when they relocated to the Valley in the 1960s from Southwest Virginia.

Active in the commercial construction industry since 2005, Chris has worked with clients in the industrial, infrastructure, education, healthcare, religious, municipal and commercial business sectors. Building relationships and developing a broad network of clients and a talented group of trade partners, designers, and other industry experts, have been at the forefront of his professional success. Chris highly values assembling the right team for each project and gives specific attention to this aspect in his approach. Listening to clients and considering not only their end goals but also the experience they envision as they navigate the complex process of building is something Chris enjoys most about his work.

Chris is grateful for the mentors who have influenced his approach to business and helped guide his professional, personal and spiritual growth. These relationships have instilled values and a vision that continue to shape his life. Guided by faith and trust in God, Chris is continually thankful for the blessings bestowed upon him and his family.

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors, running and traveling with his wife, their daughter and two sons.
